Complaints Procedure
We aim to provide a high level of pharmaceutical care. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service please discuss the matter with Mr G. Ray, Senior Pharmacist. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction or you feel unable to discuss this with the pharmacist in charge, you should contact PALS (Patient Advisory Liaison Service) on 0200 5874132.
