If you have a repeat prescription for regular medication, when you require more medicines, tick the items you require on your repeat form or write the drugs required on a piece of paper, including your full name, address and date of birth.
Bring or send the repeat form to the Watton Medical practice. You can also order your repeat prescription via the Watton Medical Practice website www.wattonmedicalpractice.co.uk

Please allow 2 full working days for the prescription to be processed by the surgery. The working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or Bank holidays. So if you put a prescription into the surgery late on Friday or over the weekend, it may not be released by the surgery until the end of the following Tuesday.

If you have nominated a preferred Pharmacy to dispense your prescription, it will be sent to that pharmacy to be dispensed ready for collection. If you haven’t nominated a pharmacy, your prescription will be ready for you to collect from the surgery.

It is our aim to dispense your prescription as quickly as possible once we receive it from the surgery so that it is ready for collection when you require. Please allow us reasonable time to prepare it and bear in mind that demand is higher around Bank holidays, Easter and Christmas.
